Hence the birth and development, in 2010, of FIORDIGUSTI, a brand specializing in the dissemination of Salento gastronomic specialties both in Italy and abroad.The Taviano plant has therefore transformed over the years, acquiring more and more the value of a nerve center and commercial hub, also due to the introduction in 2014 of a CSM - Shellfish Expedition Center aimed at the storage of seafood and live crustaceans and , in 2015, of a large and well-stocked cash & carry.Entrepreneurial spirit and passion for its territory are the constants of a constantly evolving company, which aims to overcome its limits, increasingly meeting the needs of its customers: SURGELE , a chain of franchising stores specialized in proposal of frozen foods designed to meet the needs of the private individual.
